Plainsboro is located in Middlesex County New Jersey and has a population of approximately 23,000. The area was incorporated as a township back in 1919 as a result of a need for creating an adequate school system for its residents. Today, the schools are shared as the West Windsor – Plainsboro school district including 6 elementary school, two middle and two high schools.
Plainsboro is considered a diverse community and through its strategic planning it has a strong economy. In addition, nearly 50% of the town’s land has open space. Plainsboro Preserve in particular is a remarkable 50-acre lake with walking trails and a natural environment for plants and animals.
